Dee Street Apartments

This Granite building in the heart of the city centre of Aberdeen consists of six sumptious one bedroom apartments:

Apartments A & C: (maximum occupancy 4) Generous Kitchen (offering washer drier), Dining Area and Lounge on Open Plan with (large double sofa bed and 42” Plasma TV), Bathroom with Shower and under floor heating, Large Double Bedroom (with 37” LCD TV).

Apartments B & D: (maximum occupancy 2)Generous Kitchen (offering washer drier), Dining Area and Lounge on Open Plan with (40” LCD TV), Shower room with under floor heating, Large Double Bedroom (with 37” LCD TV).

Apartments E & F: (maximum occupancy 2)Open Plan Lounge and Kitchen with (40” LCD TV), Shower room with under floor heating, Double Bedroom (with 32” LCD TV).

There are no washer/driers in these apartments, laundry service is available.

All the apartments include:

Please note if you require sofa bed to be made up for arrival their is a one supplement fee of £15.

Rates do vary depending on availability and time of year, special OFFERS and GENEROUS discounts are available subject to length of stay.

DEPOSIT to be paid at time of booking and then balance of payment made prior to arrival.

CHECK IN 2pm - CHECK OUT 11am

To gain entry to the apartments you will be provided with the following before your arrival as there is no on site reception: You will be emailed and sent an SMS message 3 days prior to your arrival, detailing you with two 4 digit key codes. You will have to input the first 4 digit code into the keypad at the front door of the building to gain entry. Once inside the building you will then go to your apartment door, where you will see a key box, and there you will input your second 4 digit code and once opened there you will receive your key card, you then present your key card against the reader and this will gain you access to your apartment. This card will then open the main door to the building and your apartment during the duration of your stay. (to open the main door to the building with the key card you present it up to the keypad)

PARKING: As our Apartments are right in the heart of the city centre of Aberdeen, there is Pay and Display parking in all surrounding streets near the apartments and between the hours of 6pm - 8am these areas are free to park. Also multi-storey car park at the Mall Trinity is about a 2 minute walk.
